The fear : when something, or a situation, seems to be out of control by our minds we can feel the fear or/and a panic (anxiety). What we can do is to have another point of view on this thing and/or situation (not easy) in trying to understand more this thing or more this situation.
Exemple : if you are afraid of a sound makes by an object that someone is manipulating, try to understand that if you replace this person who manipulates this thing, which makes this noise, you would have less fears but this noise, made by an object, would be the same. And because you will control now (or at least the impression) the situation and this object/noise you will have less fear/panic/anxiety.
Or… let the thing goes and try to comtemplate them (not easy).
